Dependent on what service you may be interested in we may ask you to provide personal data which we will collect and store, types of things that may be collected are:

  1. Any information that you give us during either a telephone call or a visit to our website where you are asking to receive notifications or any newsletter type communications about our services.

We will work to take what could be considered as a reasonable approach to maintaining the security of your personal information from misuse or loss through organisational or technical issues.  However we have to accept that any information that is submitted using the internet, is by its very nature insecure and we are unable to guarantee the security of information sent using the internet.  Our servers are secure and this is where your personal information will be stored.

At any time you can ask us for a copy of the personal information that we hold about you. We will require a fee in order to provide this information. (We have a flat fixed cost of £10.00 for this service). Prior to any information being released you will be asked to supply evidence of your identify.

On occasion we may refuse some aspects of a request for information when legitimate law applies.

If at any time you decided you do not want us to use your personal information for marketing you can tell us via post or email. Realistically we will ask you before we go ahead for your agreement to use your personal information for marketing, alternative you will have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing from us.
